I’m a licensed independent clinical social work with degrees and certifications from Cornell University and the University of Minnesota in clinical counseling, design thinking, agile methodologies, and project management.

As an experienced leader, I’ve spent considerable time working with and training teams and organizations on the principles and application of adaptive leadership, appreciative inquiry, emotional intelligence, positive psychology, and more.
