Trista Stamness is a sought after teacher, leader, and staff developer both locally and nationally. She brings 20+ year of experience and expertise getting high academic results with ALL learners. She has taught preschool-adults and continues to partner with schools as an executive coach to assist building improving school systems. Her specialty is building organic reading cultures within a school system. She is most proud to have coached 3 MN schools to earn Reward School Status from the Minnesota Department of Education.  Trista brings a "results oriented" curriculum and instructional expertise both as a teacher and teacher trainer that is beyond the ordinary.
