I recently joined MOKA as a Business Development leader, focusing on expanding our B2B market and enhancing customer experience. Founded in 2001 in Rochester, MOKA now has 17 locations across the Midwest, including four in Rochester. My role involves growing the B2B market by identifying new business opportunities, forming partnerships, and strengthening relationships with corporate clients. I aim to ensure MOKA remains competitive and continues to offer value to both individual customers and businesses. Additionally, I’m committed to enhancing the customer experience by ensuring exceptional service across all touchpoints. I'm also involved in community outreach to strengthen MOKA’s local presence and build relationships with customers and organizations. Through these efforts, I aim to support MOKA’s growth and continued success in the region.
