Celebrate the Launch of the Holistic Leadership Academy at Little Thistle Brewery!
 
Rochester, MN – December 3, 2024 – Allred Consulting invites leaders and community members to raise a glass in celebration of the official launch of the Holistic Leadership Academy, an innovative initiative designed to empower leaders to thrive at work without sacrificing their wellbeing. The launch party will take place on Tuesday, December 3, from 4:30 PM to 6:30 PM at the popular Little Thistle Brewery.
 
This casual, open-house style event is a great way to learn about the Academy’s approach to leadership development, meet other leaders in the community, and enjoy the warm atmosphere of one of the city’s favorite breweries.
 
The Holistic Leadership Academy supports leaders with practical tools and strategies to overcome challenges like stress, burnout, and team struggles. With upcoming courses and programs, the Academy aims to help leaders create more balance, build stronger teams, and achieve success that feels sustainable.
 
The Holistic Leadership Academy offers an innovative approach to leadership development, providing tools and resources to help leaders overcome chronic stress and burnout while fostering a culture of psychological safety and sustainable success. With its upcoming certificate program, on-demand courses, and interactive workshops, the Academy is poised to make a lasting impact.
