Featured Speaker: Jes Peterson, Owner of Kismet Consignment

Jes Peterson is a lifelong resident of Rochester and takes pride in the strength of her community. She has a degree in Business Management and is the proud new owner of the long-standing business Kismet. Jes has a strong background in retail management, visual merchandising, and leadership. Most recently working as a Small Business Development Banker utilizing her strengths to help entrepreneurs in the community grow, thrive and connect. Working for Minnwest Bank allowed her the opportunity to foster her knowledge of business and entrepreneurship to be a valuable resource for local businesses. Hardworking and creative she is an artist that values the innovative ideas and spirit in her clients. Her latest adventure, Kismet, gives the Jes the opportunity to continue to be a part of the Rochester community with a consignment boutique that offers a variety of unique fashions and home décor. Jes has a deep love of cats, live music, hugs and polka dots.

The Women's Roundtable provides a small, safe environment for women to: practice and refine skills, discuss challenges specific to women in positions of leadership, learn together and empower each other to take risks. Join us for a fun, engaging program driven by the needs of the group.
