We are looking for a full-time and part-time baristas with flexible availability to work 32-40 hours weekly.  Part-time applicants must be able to work at least 20 hours/week.

Responsibilities:

• Craft Custom Beverages: Create handcrafted, high-quality coffee and espresso drinks focusing on precision and presentation.

• Deliver Exceptional Customer Service: Greet every customer with a smile and provide quick, friendly service to ensure a positive experience.

• Champion MOKA Culture: Uphold MOKA’s mission, values, and standards in all interactions with customers and team members.

• Foster Customer Relationships: Build rapport with regular customers and newcomers alike, making each visit a memorable part of their day.

• Collaborate with Team Members: Work effectively with colleagues to create a supportive and efficient work environment.

• Stay Informed and Educated: Continuously learn about coffee, our menu items, and best practices to stay knowledgeable and passionate about what we do.

• Handle Transactions: Accurately process customer orders and payments, ensuring smooth and efficient service.

$11.50-$12.50 ($14hr - $17hr W/Tips)
