McGough Construction was name Industry Partner of the Year 2025 from the National Association of Women in Construction SE MN Chapter (NAWIC). McGough is dedicated to educating women in the workforce of career development opportunities and also in support of their personal and professional growth. McGough understands that with diversity and equity for women in construction, it makes a collective community wholly better, both now and in the future. We stand alongside our fellow female colleagues and industry peers to create an inclusive workforce that makes being a woman in construction no longer an outlier but the norm.
