About Us

We at Bleu Duck Kitchen believe in giving the best food possible to our guests. To us, this means several things which we practice consistently. For example, we source as much food locally as possible and treat it respectfully by prohibiting two things in our kitchen; a microwave and freezer. We like to keep it fresh! We will even naturally preserve or pickle local products throughout the year. This love of local and fresh ingredients leads us to a small menu of focused dishes that changes weekly. We believe in quality over quantity, and a menu that can both challenge or comfort diners.
